Return Policy

At Aria & Waverly, we do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning items is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Request your return via info@aria-waverly.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (Track & Trace).

Refunds

After the item has been received at the return address and approved based on its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
